One Off Free Dance Fitness Class for Breast Cancer

Join M&S and ‘move it in the park’ to help beat breast cancer

Want to bust your best dance moves out on a Tuesday morning right in the heart of London to help beat breast cancer quicker? Then look no further because M&S and Breast Cancer Now (BCN) have partnered up with ex-Strictly Come Dancing* star Karen Hardy to host a free, one-off dance fitness class in Hyde Park.

Move it in the park: free dance fitness class by marks and spencer

Move it in the park

Bring your gym kit for a morning of fun. As the event is outside, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. The first 500 people to successfully register on the day will be able to join the class and also receive a BCN t-shirt and M&S lunch pack.
This is all for a great cause as women in the UK on average have a one in eight chance of developing breast cancer in their lifetime. But the charity has shown that WOMEN who are regularly active are helping to protect themselves against breast cancer with 30 minutes of activity a day reducing the risk by at least 20 per cent. For more information click here.
